Free Initial Consultation
Two prenatal home visits
Unlimited phone, text, and email support during pregnancy
Educational support during pregnancy
Tips and guidance in learning which tools to utilize while preparing for labor and birth
Assistance in creating a personalized birth plan
I will be on call 24 hours a day for 2 weeks prior to and after the due date.
Labor support at home and/or in the hospital as needed
Physical, emotional, informational, and spiritual support during labor and birth
Birth photos or video, if desired
Birth blessings, if desired
One postpartum visit
Additional Jewish ritual add-ons, if desired

POSTPARTUM DOULA PACKAGE INCLUDES:

Up to 4 postpartum visits (no overnights), additional visits available for added fee
Unlimited phone, text, and email support during postpartum period
Postpartum educational support
Tips and guidance and gentle reassurance in all-things postpartum
Physical, emotional, informational, and spiritual support during postpartum
An extra set of hands to prepare meals, tidy up, do baby laundry, get groceries, run errands, and help with siblings
Breastfeeding support to ensure success and maintain supply
Additional Jewish ritual add-ons, if desired
